Same River Twice

Australian Experimental Art Foundation, Adelaide
and Murray Bridge Regional Gallery

EXHIBITION DATES

AEAF 5 December 2014 - 7 February 2015
MBRG 5 December 2014 - 8 February 2015

I have recently completed two new immersive installation works, Everything flows, nothing remains, for the exhibition Same River Twice featuring established and early career artists. Simultaneously presented across two spaces, Same River Twice is a partnership between the Murray Bridge Regional Gallery and the Australian Experimental Art Foundation, curated by Melinda Rankin (Director, MBRG) and Fulvia Mantelli (Program Manager, AEAF). Proposing rich cultural, social, political and environmental perspectives, it investigates the River Murray's history, future and contemporary relevance – its force and fragility, and our current relationships with it.

My installations included performative elements at each exhibition opening.

Photography by Sam Roberts.

Video documentation of the work can be found here.
